Multi-award winning, DJ Producer, Mobi Dixon has just released the highly anticipated single aptly titled Bhutiza off his upcoming album Live The Music Gold Edition – a predictable Summer smash hit! Following the success of his gold selling single Trigger and more recently the smash hit Ezizweni featuring Berita, Mobi Dixon releases yet another smash hit that features a talented new Xhosa vocalist by the name of Nichume. Mobi Dixon knew that Bhutiza would be a party anthem after surprising party-goers with a rough version of the song. “When I was testing the single, before it was even mastered, people would go wild on the dance floor and ask me which song it was and where they could get it,” he said excitedly. Bhutiza is the first single off Mobi Dixon’s upcoming album titled Live The Music Gold Edition, which contains several remixes and alternate versions of material off his award winning album Live The Music. In addition the new album features hot remixes for Maxwell, Davido and Tinashe smash hits. Building on the success of Live The Music, the celebrated DJ recently received a nomination in the All Africa Music Awards for Best Artist or Group in the African Electro category. Earlier this year Mobi Dixon’s Live The Music earned him Best Dance Album (Metro Fm Music Awards) and SAMA nomination. “It’s been a great year since the release of Live The Music and my 10th anniversary in the industry.
