Description

Remake of the French comedy 'Mon Pere Ce Heros'. Andre (Gerard Depardieu) arrives from Paris in New York and whisks his daughter Nicole (Katherine Heigl) off for a holiday in a tropical idyll. Once there Andre misses his Parisian girlfriend, while Nicole is bored enough to have a fling with the local beach hunk. The problem is that she tells him that Andre is her lover, and a comedy of mistaken identity and innuendo follows.
