Returns Policy

Not Satisfied with your product? You have the option to return it to us and we'll either exchange or replace it, or give you a credit.

We understand that sometimes you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered. We want you to be happy with the product you have ordered.

A courier can easily be arranged to collect the returns. A date and time will be arranged for collection. Returns sent via the South African Postal Service will not be accepted, however you are welcome to use you own courier if you so please.

Replacement products will be ordered from our supplier. The replacement product will be delivered in the time frame as stated on our site at the time of the return for that particular item. We will ensure that you receive the product as soon as we receive it.

When returning products to us, please package them securely so as to avoid any damage in transporting the product.

Incorrect Product Delivered

Please contact us immediately regarding this. We will dispatch the correct product to you A.S.A.P. We will also send the courier to collect the incorrect product from you.

Unwanted Products

Sometimes we change our minds. But if this is the case please note we will only accept the return provided it is still sealed. You are welcome to exchange it or be credited on your account.

Damaged / Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain all the packaging and send us photos if possible. Returns of this nature will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Incorrectly Ordered Products

If the product you received is not what you expected it to be, but it is the item you ordered, a return can be arranged, provided the product is undamaged.
