Description

Bud Abbott and Lou Costello first paired up in 1935, working in burlesque and eventually getting a break on radio, appearing on The Kate Smith Hour in 1938. Two years later they signed a film contract with Universal and would go on to make a total of 30 films over the next five years. In 1951 they moved on to television, hosting the Colgate Comedy Hour before landing their own show. This colle3ction features two of their better known films together with six episodes from their top rated television series.
